The transaction was concluded successfully and the issue price of the new shares is 1.5 euros, at the maximum of the indicated range.
Salini Impregilo announced post-capital increase the shareholding structure sees Salini Costruttori with a share of 44.91%, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti with 18.7%, Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit with 5.26% each and Banco BPM with 0.67%.
The market share was confirmed at 150 million euros, despite a demand significantly higher than the offer.
