Striking revelation from Luk Alloo: “This is the most moving thing I have ever done”

In Flanders there are people who have experienced what you do not wish for your worst enemy. But despite the setbacks, they are very strong in life, often with a surprising amount of humor and self-relativity. Those people have inspired Luk Alloo for the brand new human interest series ‘Alloo’, which can be seen at VTM from Wednesday 3 March.

In five episodes Luk portrays strong people with a haunting and special story that has determined their lives. Every episode revolves around a strong theme every week. For example, Luk speaks to Flemish people who suffer from a limited lifespan, childhood traumas and broken loves, but also those who used to be unwanted children or who are stuck in the past.
