The RB Leipzig trainer believes that his attacker should give more and hopes to determine sometime in the second half of the season whether he will be bought or not. Kluivert is hired from AS Roma.

Partly due to injuries, Kluivert only played nine games for Leipzig. In it he scored once. But apart from that, Nagelsmann also thinks that Kluivert should bring more to the field. “Against Bayern Munich and Manchester United, there was a phase where the Justin saw what we were hoping for. But suddenly that was gone,” Nagelsmann said in German media, quoted by Kicker.

“I don’t see him much in training either, which is also a problem. He is perhaps a bit too prone to injury and needs to become much more stable in terms of his body”, Nagelsmann continues. “With his pace, background and qualities, he could have come in handy against Liverpool and in many Bundesliga games. We hope he will have more influence this season.

The lease expires at the end of this season. IMAGE recently reported that Leipzig can buy Kluivert for thirteen million euros.
