After the route led through the Alpes-Maritimes in the opening stage, the second stage takes place in the Var. On this second day, the start and finish will be in Fayence, about thirty kilometers north of the seaside resort of Fréjus. Article link

The first, roughly seventy kilometers, is hilly, including the climb of Les Marjoris. Article link

The Col de Mons then follows, which takes the riders to an altitude of almost 800 meters.

It then descends to Fayence, where, with 66 kilometers to go, the finish line is crossed for the first time. Then two more local laps of 33 kilometers follow. Article link
