(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Snowflake has set the price for its upcoming IPO. The cloud player reported this on Tuesday evening.
The company will offer 28 million shares for $ 120.00 each. This means that the IPO will generate nearly USD 3.4 billion.
The offering period begins today and is expected to end on September 18.
In addition, the promoters of the IPO, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, have the option to purchase 4.2 million shares.
