Larry has spent most of his career on the team Mizrahi Bank , To which he came in a merger with Tefahot. Today he notes in the letter to employees that in relation to the merger deal with a union that it is “reaching its final line, and I hope we will be able to complete it soon. There is no doubt that an event of this magnitude has not been in the bank for many years. The merger with Union will allow the Mizrahi-Tefahot Group to take another leap forward in a variety of areas of activity, and significantly improve its ability to compete with the big banks, “said Larry, who was the project manager for this merger.

It will be recalled that Fresher’s retirement, which was announced in February this year, was the fourth in a series of retirements by the CEOs of major banks within a few months. On her retirement from Discount Bank, and Rakefet Rusk Aminach, who announced her retirement from Bank Leumi. These three were replaced that same year by Dov Kotler, Uri Levin and Hanan Friedman, respectively.
