Direct financing executives sold some of their shares in the company for NIS 34 million


Two weeks after direct financing completed an IPO, company executives sold its shares. The managers, headed by veteran CEO Eran Wolf, sold NIS 34 million worth of shares on Tuesday.

The shares, which Menora Mivtachim bought, were sold on Tuesday at a price of NIS 510 per share, and although this is 10% lower than the share price at the close last night, the price is still almost 30% higher than the company’s value in the issue, which was about NIS 1 billion.

Wolf sold shares worth NIS 11 million, and now owns 1.08% of the company’s shares – worth NIS 15 million.

Oren Shakedi, VP of Finance and Business Development, sold shares for NIS 8.9 million, Ronit Peter Ben David, VP of Technology and Projects, sold shares for NIS 3.8 million, Liat Shmueli, VP of Mashbi Anosh, sold shares for NIS 2.4 million NIS, Shmuel Bar-Chen VP of Sales sold shares for NIS 2.8 million, and five other executives sold shares for a total of NIS 5 million.

Maimon Yashir completed an IPO two weeks ago when it raised NIS 140 million at a value of NIS 1 billion. The majority of the shares in the offering were purchased by Harel, Keren Sifra, Mori Arkin and Phoenix.
