Vettel is out: ‘I made my choice’


Sebastian Vettel knows what his future will look like. The four-time world champion has made a choice, but expects to be clear in a few weeks.

On Sunday evening after the British GP, Sebastian Vettel and Otmar Szafnauer were spotted at the Racing Point team boss’s car. It only fueled the rumors of a switch to Racing Point.

Vettel said to the German yesterday after the second free practice RTL that he is out personally. “I’ve made a decision. Now we will see if we can get out, ”said the German. In the coming days we should not expect any clarity about his future.

Vettel thinks he can still show a lot in Formula 1. “If something nice comes my way, I think I can still give a lot. If that is no longer the case, then I am no longer interested in staying in Formula 1. Money is less important to me, ”Vettel concludes.
