According to Nissim Ahiezra, CEO of Donitz Brothers: “The price increases in Ashdod reflect the high demand for housing and investment in the city. We strongly believe in Ashdod, and are in various stages of construction and planning to the extent of about 900 housing units alongside commercial areas. “The city is in demand by housing developers both from the city itself and from the immediate area, among other things due to being a coastal city with strong economic anchors such as the port of Ashdod, the Electric Company, Elta and more, along with a huge urban park and rich cultural life.”
Donitz Brothers is building the Up Town project in the Southern District, from which there is a sea view, and it will eventually include 5 towers with about 500 units and about 1,000 square meters for commerce. The company has another land reserve in the special district of Ashdod, near the house Assuta and Big Fashion patients, on which the company plans to build a project that includes about 400 housing units in 4 towers.
