Raphaelov scored, Antwerp won the Belgian Cup

Lior Rapalov finished a season in Belgium with a trophy registered in his name. The 34-year-old Israeli midfielder scored the only goal tonight (Saturday) in Antwerp’s 0: 1 in the cup final against Club Brugge.

This is Antwerp’s third trophy in history and the first since 1992. Raphaelov did so no less and no more against the ex, in the media he played seven seasons. The goal was scored after a beautiful pass attack, when in the 25th minute Raphaelov received a ball in front of an exposed goal and did his job.

Bruges pressed quite a bit, but in the end the Antwerp defense knew how to do its job, kept a clean sheet and came out victorious. By the way, five years ago, Raphaelov scored a winning goal in the 89th minute in the Bruges uniform against Anderlecht to bring her the trophy then.
