A player from Feyenoord has tested positive for the corona virus. The Rotterdam football club announced this on Saturday afternoon. The player concerned will not be disclosed for privacy reasons.
The player goes into quarantine. He is temporarily not part of the competition selection and does not participate in training.
All players of Feyenoord were tested for the corona virus last Friday, in the run-up to the first exhibition match against Sparta Rotterdam on Sunday. That match will continue anyway, says Feyenoord.
