Nimrod Tishman signed for another season with Maccabi Rishon LeZion – Sport 5

After strengthening the Israeli staff at Golan Gut, Maccabi Rishon LeZion took a step this morning (Thursday) to maintain the existing Israeli skeleton: The team from the wine city officially announced that Nimrod Tishman, who has played for the team for the past two years, will continue at the club for another season.

“I’m happy to continue for a third season at a club that is like home for me,” the coordinator said at the signing ceremony. “I hope we can open the game season with the orange fans at Maccabi, and we will continue to fight for all the titles together.”

Tishman played an average of 16.9 minutes per game last season, scoring 4.7 points and giving 2.5 assists. During the playoffs, Tishman upgraded his averages to 7.3 points per game, scoring 63 percent off the arc of the three. In the final game against Maccabi, Tishman received 10 minutes from Guy Goodes and contributed 3 points.
