‘Next turn in Sancho soap: United threatens to pull the plug on the deal’

A striking turn in the negotiations between Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United about Jadon Sancho. Everything seemed as if both parties would reach an agreement, but United still seems to be pulling the plug on the deal.

That reports The Telegraph Tuesday evening. United does not intend to meet the sky-high asking price of 120 million euros and wants Dortmund to be more flexible in the negotiations. Sancho and United would personally have already decided on a contract, but the deal still seems to fall into the water.

In the corridors, it is suggested that The Mancunians are already looking for a Sancho alternative. For example, Bayern Munich attacker Kingsley Coman would be seen as an asset to the team of trainer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The news comes as a surprise, as Tuesday previously revealed that United had agreed with Dortmund to transfer the 120 million euros over three seasons. So this does not seem to continue.
