MS Ashdod continues to prepare for the upcoming season, and last Friday the team finished a week of training camp in the north of the country. After beating Bnei Sakhnin 2-1 in the first warm-up game, MS completed the training camp with another victory, in a warm-up game held on Thursday, 1-0 against Hapoel Acre. The team’s new acquisition, Eddie Hayford, came on in the 60th minute in place of Monterey Camhani and scored the team’s winning goal.

After a short rest, today (Sunday) the Ashdod players will return to practice and tomorrow (Monday) Ran Ben Shimon’s team will host Hapoel Beer Sheva in the 11th stadium in the city for another preparation game for the upcoming season.
