Juventus denies via statement following round of dismissal, ‘called Pirlo and Inzaghi’

Juventus thanked trainer Maurizio Sarri on Saturday for rendered services, but do not let the broom wagon drive another round through the Allianz Stadium. Technical director Fabio Paratici does not have to fear for the next round of layoffs for the time being, it sounds.

The Italian branch of Sky Sports reported Saturday that Paratici may be able to search the exit together with Sarri. Juventus subsequently issued a statement to the ANSA news agency. La Vecchia Signora denies the rumors regarding Paratici: the club have been crowned Serie A champions nine times in a row says it still has confidence in the director.

In the meantime, Juventus is looking for a successor to Sarri, who can also bring the club success beyond the national borders. Rumor site Gianluca Di Marzio mentions the names of Simone Inzaghi and Andrea Pirlo. Inzaghi competed for the national title for a long time with SS Lazio and is looking good in Italy: he was in the picture last summer, but then Juventus chose Sarri. Pirlo recently returned to La Vecchia Signora as a youth coach: the legendary former midfielder could be immediately passed on.
