IOC boss Thomas Bach does not want to speculate about Playing in Tokyo Sport

“We don’t even know if we can leave our houses tomorrow,” said the President of the International Olympic Committee in an interview with Reutlingen Generalanzeiger.

“But there is still speculation whether the biggest sports event in the world can take place next year,” says Bach.

“Let’s get started. We just lose time speculating. We need to adapt the Games in Tokyo to the time we live in. We want a Games that suits the crisis. We also want to show during the Games that people need to stay connected to each other, ”says Bach, who would like to see Germany once again run for the organization of the Games.

The Tokyo Olympics have been postponed to next year due to the coronavirus outbreak.
