Guy Clemens plays one of the leading roles in the new six-part KRO-NCRV drama series How my neat parents ended up in jail, the broadcaster announced on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old Clemens, who was nominated last year for the Golden Calf for best actor in a television drama, plays the role of Daniël Winkelman in the series, who ends up in a fighting divorce with his ex Kim Winkelman (played by Anniek Pheifer). .
In the series there are supporting roles for Louise Radder, Mingus Claessen and Rebecca de Nooijer, among others. The direction is in the hands of Johan Timmers and the screenplay was written by Liesbeth Strik and Anjali Taneja.
The series, which is made by production company Pupkin, will be shown on NPO3 from next spring.
