Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition is out now for PC. In honor of the release, Sony and Guerrilla Games have released a launch trailer.
Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition includes a number of technical improvements over the PlayStation 4 version in addition to the main game. There is support for ultra wide screens, unlimited frame rates and extensive graphic settings. Reflections have also been improved, vegetation is dynamic and a benchmark option is available.
Currently, Guerrilla’s open world game is the best-selling title on Steam, although it has received several awards. Some users report that the game is not fully optimized for PC and in some cases crashes. In today’s Night Watch you will find an analysis that indeed shows that there is still some work to be done.
Horizon Zero Dawn is the second major PlayStation exclusive coming to PC after Death Stranding. According to Hermen Hulst, head of Sony Interactive Studios, “that doesn’t mean every PS4 exclusive is coming to PC.”
The game is now available on Steam.
