A girl and a boy were moderately injured in the afternoon (Saturday) and another boy and woman were slightly injured in a brawl that broke out in a pool in the Merhavim Regional Council in the south.
MDA medics and paramedics treated the wounded and transferred them to Soroka Hospital in Be’er Sheva. Ofakim police have so far arrested two suspects involved in the brawl.
Soroka Hospital said the 16-year-old girl, who was injured, was taken to the operating room with injuries to her facial area. The moderately injured boy, also 16 years old, will be taken to hospital in the Department of Cardiopulmonary Surgery.
MDA paramedic Oded Daskel said: “When we arrived at the scene, we saw two young men about 16 years old and another young man about 20 years old with injuries after being involved in a brawl in the pool. We provided them with medical treatment, including stopping bleeding, and evacuated them to the hospital with the girl in moderate condition and two others in mild condition. ”
