Arjen Robben did not play at FC Groningen yet. The 36-year-old wing attacker is expected to make his unofficial comeback with the northerners next Friday in the exhibition game against PEC Zwolle.
FC Groningen played its first exhibition match at the beginning of August and then won 1-0 against Heracles Almelo. FC Emmen also went down hard against SC Cambuur (2-5) last Friday.
