An American beautician is currently experiencing her worst nightmare: she fears that she has been infected with the corona virus by a client. She had made an appointment very consciously, even though she knew she had tested positive two days earlier. “I had been in quarantine for two days, I just had to get out of the house,” said the customer.

It wasn’t until the woman returned home that she admitted to beautician Taylor that she had tested positive for COVID-19 two days earlier and recommended that Taylor go into quarantine. The esthetician, who has an autoimmune disease, was so shocked that she shared screenshots of the conversation between her and the client. The conversation reveals that the customer “felt guilty about coming to her appointment, but she urgently needed to get her nails done. I just had to get out of the house, I had been in quarantine for two days. Sorry! But you also saw how bad my nails looked! ”

Health and safety

“It was quite disturbing to get such messages,” Taylor told Allure. “And it’s scary to realize that there are people who don’t take the health of others seriously. I reported that customer to the authorities, ”says Taylor. “But in the meantime, I can’t and don’t want to work. I hope I can get back to work after my quarantine. I am especially concerned about the safety of my customers, family members and friends. ”
