The practice game between PSV and UNA last Friday could not be held due to a corona accident at the amateur team from Veldhoven, but at UNA they hope to catch up with this match. The entire selection is now ‘corona-free’.

The UNA player involved may train again with the team. He did not experience any complaints after the test and according to current regulations he can join the selection after three full days. The board of UNA already stated in a statement on the club website that it was very disappointed with the cancellation. “The business facts, of course, cannot allay the emotion experienced by the players who are missing out on a unique experience, by the one player who was suddenly confronted with a shocking statement. Sometimes chance plays a dramatic role. That’s just the way it is.’

UNA chairman Peter Smetsers is talking to the Eindhoven Daily already indicated that he hopes that the exhibition game can be caught up in the future. This is not a competition this summer, but at a different time.
