Polish media report today (Saturday) that after winning the Polish Cup, Krakow may soon sign Betar Jerusalem striker Shlomi Azulai. According to the publication, the player is close to joining a team from the Polish league, with contacts currently taking place between the clubs.
After the report, Betar officials claimed that no agreement had been reached between the parties and the striker’s entourage said that negotiations were still underway between the groups. The report recalls that Azulai scored nine goals in the Betar uniform in 32 appearances and that he won the championship twice, with Maccabi Haifa and Kiryat Shmona, while on the way he passed Hapoel Tel Aviv and Bnei Sakhnin.
As you may recall, over the weekend we announced that Omonia Nicosia had approached Freddie Plomin. The team from the capital wants money for the player, about half a million dollars, a sum that the Cypriots currently refuse to pay.
