Besides Donny van de Beek, Nicolás Tagliafico and Andre Onana, Ajax now also has to take into account a departure from Quincy Promes. Arsenal has set its sights on the 28-year-old attacker, at least The Sun reports on Tuesday evening.

According to the British boulevard newspaper The Gunners converted 27.8 million euros left for the Orange International. Promes came over from Sevilla for 15.7 million a year ago and made an excellent impression in his first season. He scored twelve times and gave four assists in twenty Eredivisie matches. In the Champions League he scored four goals and one assist.

With this, Promes has put himself in the spotlight with manager Mikel Arteta of the Londoners, who with Willian are already close to the arrival of another attacker. “Quincy would go on like this,” he quotes The Sun a source around the Ajax player. “It would be a great move for him, and for Arsenal.” According to reports, Ajax is willing to sell him.
