A motorcyclist in critical condition after being hit by a truck in Bnei Brak

A 30-year-old motorcyclist was hit last night (Thursday) by a truck on Rabbi Shapira Street in Bnei Brak. MDA medics and paramedics along with paramedics from the Rescue Union provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital in a critical condition during resuscitation operations.

MDA paramedic Asher Graver said: “When we arrived at the scene, on the sidewalk next to the motorcycle, a 30-year-old man was lying unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing, with a multi-systemic injury. “The soul and medication and we urgently evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital in a critical condition.”

Moti Hoffman, a paramedic from the Rescue Union, said: “It was an accident involving a motorcycle and a truck. When we arrived at the scene, the motorcyclist suffered a multi-system injury and was unconscious. We performed resuscitation operations on him and then he was taken to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva.”

Police traffic inspectors are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
