Weeronline states that there is a 90 percent chance of a regional heat wave in the south and southeast of the country. The chance of a heat wave in De Bilt is about 60 percent.

Today it can still be (up to about 30 degrees), but tonight it will cool down quickly. In the coming days the weather will be less stable, with some showers, but with temperatures up to about 22 degrees all in all quite comfortable weather.

According to Weerplaza, Wednesday, August 5, will start a very warm period, where it will probably stay as good as dry. Maximum temperatures are expected from 22 degrees on the Wadden to 27 degrees in the south of the country.

A day later it becomes sunny and summer to tropical warm, with in the afternoon 25 degrees in the Wadden Islands to 31 in the southeast of the country. Then only a sea breeze provides some cooling, but that is different on Friday. Then the wind is offshore and it becomes tropical in the south of the country.
