(ANSA) – ISTANBUL, JULY 3 – An Istanbul court has
4 activists convicted of “terrorism” for “terrorism”
human rights in the so-called ‘Buyukada process’, including the two
former managers of Amnesty International in the country. Six years e
three months were imposed on “terrorist association” a
Taner Kilic, former president of the NGO, and 2 years and a month for
“support for a terrorist organization” to Idil Eser, ex
director, and two other activists. The remaining 7 defendants are
been acquitted. (HANDLE).
