Tottenham Hotspur has announced that Erik Dyer has signed a new contract linking him with the club until 2024.
Tottenham said on his official website today, Tuesday, that Dyer started his career with the team six years ago when he joined the club from Sporting Lisbon in July 2014, and he scored the winning goal in the last minute of his first game with the team Against West Ham United.
The club added that Dyer participated in 40 international matches with the English national team, and he also assumed the leadership badge on more than one occasion and contributed to the team winning fourth place in the 2018 World Cup, which was held in Russia.
Spurs are in seventh place with 58 points in the Premier League standings.
