The FIGC federal prosecutor, led by Giuseppe Chinè, has opened a proceeding. The manager identified is both towards the team manager Mirco Moioli and towards the club for strict liability.
Ansa writes that the story will be reconstructed thanks to the videos published on the net, and the violation of articles 4 and 28 of the Code of sports justice could be contested.
The episode occurred while the Bergamo team was leaving for Turin for tonight’s game against Juventus. In the video released on the net you can see a young man approaching the coach and asking him: «Do you play the game this year or do you give it to him as usual? Come on Naples ». The coach replied with a sentence and a gesture of annoyance, going further, while the manager who followed him addressed the young man in a way that determined the intervention of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
Tomorrow on @webecodibergamo the apologies of Mirco #Moioli, team manager of # Atalanta, for saying “terrone del c.” to a fan of #Napoli, who accused Gasperini and the nerazzurri of “selling” to Juventus
