Extend the state of emergency to October 31st instead of December 31st. To move from words to deeds, a new resolution of the Council of Ministers is needed, after that of 31 January 2020, published in the Official Journal of 1 February 2020 n. 26, which had declared a state of emergency for six months as a consequence of the health risk associated with the onset of diseases deriving from transmissible viral agents.
