Mbappé was severely knocked down in the final of the Coupe de France on Friday by Saint-Etienne captain Loïc Perrin, who has a slightly damaged outer ankle band left over, according to research Monday.
The 21-year-old attacker will miss the final of the Coupe de la Ligue next Friday, in which Olympique Lyon is the opponent, as well as probably the quarterfinals match against Atalanta on August 12 in Portugal.
Mbappé is again of great value for PSG this season. The top talent has played 34 official games so far, in which he scored thirty goals and eighteen assists.
The PSG of coach Thomas Tuchel was declared champion at the end of April and can take third prize of the season against Lyon on Friday.
