“If you have the opportunity to preserve a personal plot in the village, keep it. Come back to earth, come back! Walk barefoot even if you live on the ninth floor. Get out in the morning. Just think, when did you walk in the dew for the last time? Half of them don’t remember. And all this is necessary. This is a medicine, ”BelTA quotes Lukashenka as saying.

He noted that Belarusians need to change their way of life.

“We cannot abandon the ground, abandon the village. For we ourselves will perish and be poor if we do this, ”he said.

Lukashenko drew attention to the fact that if the citizens of Belarus want to have a rest abroad, then upon returning home they will be quarantined “for at least 10 days, at their own expense.”

“Therefore, I ask you: stay at home this year, we have enough sanatoriums, we have good nature. Relax here. The Lord gave us such weather! ” – he noted.

Earlier, Lukashenko said that officials should promote a healthy lifestyle and walk at least 5 km a day.
