Lazio-Sassuolo 1-2: the baby Raspadori and Caputo, the Emilians run and Inzaghi has stopped

Lazio are also defeated at home by Sassuolo: it is the third knockout in a row for the Inzaghi band who, after the restart of the post lockdown, appeared to be off, exhausted. Fourth success in a row, however, for the neroverdi.

At 9 ‘the Emilian team would take the lead but the goal of the young Raspadori is canceled by the Var, after an on field review, for a disputed offside: the last touch in fact seems to Parolo and not Bourabia. Shortly afterwards the Emilians, who run much more than their opponents, also hit a full crossbar with Djuricic, but in the 34th minute Inzaghi’s team finds themselves in the lead: Lazzari’s great ride on the right, ball in the center and a lucky touch by Luis Alberto who make the most of a lucky rebound.

Raspadori, the first from the starting line-up in Serie A, consoles himself at the start of the second half, caught by Caputo as soon as he enters: this time the goal is impeccable and Sassuolo grabs the 1-1. Which, in the start of recovery, becomes the new advantage thanks to Caputo and because of an impeccable defense.
