Lokomotiv negotiated the transfer of Alexander Kokorin, who belongs to Zenit, but ended the 2020/21 season in the ranks of Sochi.
As sports journalist Sergei Egorov assures in his Telegram channel, a few days ago Kokorin spoke on the phone with the general director of “railway workers” Vasily Kiknadze. The footballer was allegedly pleased with the dialogue. According to the source, Kokorin can be offered a salary of 2.4 million euros per year and bonuses.
In addition, in recent days, Kokorin has been actively wooing Spartak, whose general director Shamil Gazizov called the forward a “tough” player.
Earlier it was reported that Kokorin congratulated Zenit striker Serdar Azmun on winning the scorer race in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
