The prestigious multi-day cycling race Giro d’Italia kicks off on October 3 in Montreal, Sicily.
The island will host four stages, then the riders will be relocated to the Apennine Peninsula.
According to the official website of the competition, it will last until October 25. Traditionally, the Giro takes place in the spring, but due to the pandemic, the race calendar had to be shifted to autumn.
