Outbreak in Impruneta
Seven of the new 9 cases today are part of an outbreak of cases in the municipality of Impruneta, in the province of Florence, which emerged during the effective contact tracking campaign carried out by the territorial services starting from the 2 cases that had emerged on Wednesday 1 July in the same Municipality. Clinical states of the 7 cases there are 5 asymptomatic and 2 symptomatic pauci, for a total, considering the 2 connected cases, of 6 asymptomatic and 3 symptomatic pauci.

The numbers province by province
Below are the cases of positivity in the area with the change compared to yesterday. There are 3,199 total cases to date in Florence (7 more than yesterday), 534 a Meadow, 748 a Pistoia, 1,051 a Mass, 1,351 in Lucca, 932 in Pisa, 478 a Livorno (1 more), 677 ad Arezzo, 429 in Siena, 397 a Grosseto (1 more). There are 471 positive cases reported in Tuscany, but residing in other regions.
Sixteen are currently hospitalized. Seven healed
People hospitalized in dedicated beds to Covid patients today there are a total of 16, 2 more than yesterday (plus 14.3%), of which 3 in intensive care (stable compared to yesterday). The total number of people healed rises to 8,832 (more 7 than yesterday, plus 0.1%): 228 people “clinically healed“(Minus 17 compared to yesterday, minus 6.9%), which have become asymptomatic after presenting clinical manifestations associated with the infection and 8,604 (plus 24 compared to yesterday, plus 0.3%) declared cured in all respects, so-called viral healings, with double negative buffer.
Three people died
There are 3 new deaths: 1 man and 2 women, with an average age of 82.3 years. With regard to the province of notification, the deceased persons are: 1 a Meadow, 2 a Massa Carrara. I’m 1,112 died from the beginning of the epidemic divided as follows: 407 in Florence, 52 in Prato, 81 in Pistoia, 169 in Massa Carrara, 141 in Lucca, 89 in Pisa, 61 in Livorno, 47 in Arezzo, 33 in Siena, 24 in Grosseto, 8 people died on the ground Tuscan but were resident outside the region.
