Extend all the restrictive measures contained in the Dpcm of 11 June to 31 July. According to sources from the Ministry of Health, this is the proposal contained in the new Dpcm expected on 14 July. With the same provision it is necessary to confirm the ordinances adopted by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, on the ban on entry for those who have stayed in the last 14 days in the 13 countries that are below the minimum safety coefficients.

The doors of discos, fairs and conferences are still closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic: for the opening they will have to wait again, at least until July 31st. The safety protocols must also be kept as a condition for opening production and commercial activities and there is an obligation to wear the mask in all closed places. The ban on gatherings has also been confirmed until 31 July, as well as the application of the penalty for those who violate the compulsory quarantine.

There is an obligation to wear masks indoors

Among the restrictive measures provided for by the last Dpcm that could be confirmed in the new decree, therefore, those on the spacing and on the use of the masks on public transport. In particular, there would remain an obligation to use masks in indoor places accessible to the public (shops, bars, restaurants, museums, hairdressers, beauty centers, etc.), including means of transport and in any case on all occasions (even outdoors) in which it is not possible to continuously guarantee the maintenance of the safety distance of one meter. Physical distancing and constant and accurate hand hygiene remain “unchanged and priority”. The obligation not to go out remains: those who have a temperature above 37.5 ° must stay at home by contacting their doctor.

Prohibition of assembly

Access to parks, villas and public gardens is subject to strict compliance with the assembly ban and the interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter.

Entry ban from 13 countries

The new Dpcm will modify the rules on arrivals from abroad, with the summary of protocols and guidelines. The measure will have to implement the ban on entry and transit from 13 countries, laid down by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza for people who in the fourteen previous days have stayed or have transited in the following countries: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Moldova, Oman, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic. Direct and indirect flights from those countries have also been suspended. With regard to entries from abroad, it is learned that the latest assessments are underway on the countries to be added or removed from the list of 13 identified so far. The ban on entry provides for the possibility of immediate repatriation.
