MK Kasif on Osnat Mark: “Tyrant slave family” // Photo: Knesset Spokeswoman
As you may recall, MK Kasif called in the Knesset for a non-violent “civilian uprising”: Under a murderous dictatorship. ”
In her letter, MK Shitrit noted that “as you know, the Penal Code of the State of Israel stipulates that rebellion is a criminal offense punishable by up to five years in prison. Kasif’s remarks are not protected under the definition of criticism or propaganda, since their purpose is to provoke an act of rebellion and not to prove the government with the aim of correcting the existing one.
“The act of rebellion is seven times more serious while the State of Israel, like the rest of the world, is facing an epidemic of an epidemic. The attempt to hide under the words ‘non-violent’ The fuel additive did not ignite the fire in the first place and is therefore not responsible for the damage.
Ofer Kasif, the despicable man who called the IDF soldiers Kalgas, who called for civil disobedience and disobedience to the law – calls me a wounded slave.
When such a statement comes from him it is a certificate of honesty for me.
And yet, every day that this disgusting man rises on the Knesset podium is a day of depression for Zionism. pic.twitter.com/1oGkWDBdIN

Shitrit added: “I appealed to the Attorney General to open an investigation against MK Ofer Kasif following his call for a civil uprising in the media and on the Knesset podium. This is not a spontaneous statement, but a written speech in the plenum and a call to do an act that he repeated in the interview as well.
“Kasif’s words fall under the definition of an offense of rebellion under the Penal Code and must not be passed on to the agenda, certainly not in a sensitive period like the one where the winds in the street are stormy and it is not known how his words will be interpreted.”
Attack over the plenum stand
MK Kasif also attacked MK Osnat Mark (Likud) yesterday. Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin even dismissed him because he called Mark “a bereaved slave of the dictator’s family.”

Knesset Speaker Levin also responded to the events: “Citizenship and citizens of Israel. Yesterday we saw, unfortunately, an example in the plenum of inappropriate behavior and violent and abusive discourse towards a Knesset member while making statements that offend her as a woman and as a public figure. Members of the Knesset, as public messengers, are fighting for their positions. An argument, even if it is heated, is legitimate. But, the argument must be made in a dignified manner, to the body of the matter and not to the body of a person. I will continue to have a violent and disrespectful discourse, while preserving the dignity of the Knesset, the dignity of its members and the dignity of all Israeli citizens. ”
MK Ofer Kasif’s comments will be brought when received
