Aviaboshiru from the flight “Moscow – Vladivostok”, which during the flight, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, expressed gross obscene language, interfered with the calmness of the passengers sitting next to it, and also ignored the comments of the aircraft commander and flight attendants, faces up to 15 days of administrative arrest.

In relation to the offender, the transport police of Vladivostok drew up protocols on administrative offenses under Part 1 of Art. 20.1, Article 20.21 and Part 6 of Article 11.17 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Russia (minor hooliganism, appearance in public places in a state of intoxication, violation of the rules of behavior of citizens on railway, air or water transport).
In the near future, materials against the offender will be sent to the magistrate’s court for a decision.
The maximum sanction of the articles provides for administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
