Årjäng praised for efforts for wild bees

Årjäng’s butterfly park was inaugurated last summer, and has now become a popular destination both among the flying pollinators and among the human guests. In a report, the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation has highlighted the butterfly park as one of 18 good examples of municipalities that work actively to help pollinators.

– It is very fun to be counted as one of the successful examples. It feels very big, says Britt-Marie Öjstrand, construction and environmental manager in Årjäng municipality.

In the clip, Britt-Marie Öjstrand talks about what you can do in your garden to help wild bees and other pollinators.
