During an operation by the Border Police and the GSS tonight (Sunday through Monday) in the Jenin refugee camp, two wanted persons were arrested in their 20s. During the operation, a terrorist shot was fired at the fighters. According to police, he was injured as a result of the shooting.

Troops entered Jenin last night with the aim of arresting two wanted men involved in terrorist activities. During the arrest of the two in their homes, the brother of one of the wanted men was also arrested, after attacking one of the fighters. When the force turned to leave the refugee camp, a riot broke out against him, and stones were thrown at the fighters.
During the disturbance, an explosive device was thrown at the fighters – who responded by firing at the terrorist who threw it. According to police, he was injured as a result of the shooting.
