The excellent exclusion

There are 36, it was said, the Italian universities, but among these do not appear Sant’Anna High School of Pisa and the Normal of Pisa, excluded in this edition following a “methodological verification”. To enter the QS World University Rankings, it is explained, universities must be multidisciplinary and active in at least two macro areas of study, and offer both first level (bachelor / undergraduate) and second level and post-graduate master’s degree courses ( postgraduate), and enroll students for each level. The students who take undergraduate courses in these two universities, however, are mainly enrolled by the University of Pisa. Hence the choice of QS analysts.
