The city of Verona has proclaimed city ​​mourning Wednesday 17 June, on the occasion of the funeral that will take place in the basilica of San Zeno and, to allow all citizens to bring the last farewell, the mayor Federico Sboarina has decided that the funeral chamber will be set up on June 16 at Palazzo Barbieri, Verona city hall.

Politically raised in Italian social movement, the senator had merged into National alliance and then move on to Brothers of Italy, in which he had also been group leader at Palazzo Madama. Bertacco was also involved in social work with the association Agaras, Association of parents, friends and children, which supports the Community of San Patrignano for the recovery of drug addicts.
