Silvio Berlusconi leaves Palazzo Grazioli. The founder of Come on Italy he decided to abandon his historic Roman residence to move to his villa on the ancient Appian Way, dwelling that was of Franco Zeffirelli who lived there until his death a year ago.

Berlusconi purchased the property already in 2001, but had decided to give it on loan for free use to the Florentine director, former force-senator and his great friend. A year after his death, however, the politician decided to take this historic choice, leaving the residence in via del Plebiscito which over the years has been the stage of great political summits, of party meetings and of international meetings with the world’s top offices, one above all Vladimir Putin, but also about the nights told in Escort process, those in which the Bari escort was also involved Patrizia DiDadario and the famous Putin’s Latvian.

Now, the former prime minister has decided to get rid of the rough 40 thousand euros of rent per month for his Roman residence to take advantage of the investment from 3.37 million made years ago for the villa on the ancient Appian Way. But first, explain from Forza Italia, Berlusconi will have to wait for the end of the renovation work already started last fall.
