The next version TnT600i it has been updated as a model year 2020, we have also seen it at EICMA, but it is a model not intended for Europe. Unlike the new one SRK600 whose first definitive photos circulated a couple of weeks ago.
Now the SRK600, with the in-line four-cylinder engine derived from the well-known BN600, has been officially presented in China for the brand QJ Motor. Name present in the wallet of Qianjiang Group, a Chinese company from Wenling that it also controls Benelli is Keeway.
The SRK is technically notable for the abandonment of the high exhaust silencer on the right side of the saddle (still present on the 2020 TnT), instead of a four-in-one with low terminal which best matches the swingarm with asymmetrical arms.
The engine, with power of the order of 85 horses, has a slipper clutch and six-speed gearbox: it is approved according to the China IV standard, similar to our anti-pollution legislation Euro 4.
The equipment includes starting keyless, full led headlights, instrumentation TFT color, suspension Marzocchi and brakes Brembo with ABS system of Bosch. The bike would have been the subject of a redesign that helped to remove a few pounds of weight until it got off under 200 kg dry. In China it is on sale at the equivalent of 6,250 euros.
There is still no certain information on its export, but if SRK arrives in Europe, as some rumors report, it will be marked Benelli.
The same could happen for the Q600RR, the sports fairing derived from the SRK (below) of which some pictures appeared just a few days ago.
