In Italy another 72 people died from coronavirus-related consequences with the total reaching 33,846. Yesterday the figure was 85. That’s how much the Civil Protection Department released in today’s bulletin Saturday, June 6. Of the 72 deaths registered today 72 come from Lombardy, 7 from Piedmont. The situation in hospitals is also good. Intensive care patients continue to decline. Yesterday they were 316, today in 293 with a decrease of 23 units. Inpatients with symptoms, on the other hand, go from 5301 yesterday to 5002 today, with a decrease of 299 units.
The total number of currently positive is 35,877, with a decrease of 1,099 clients compared to yesterday.
In detail, there are currently 19,499 positive cases in Lombardy, 4,167 in Piedmont, 2,416 in Emilia-Romagna, 1,164 in Veneto, 785 in Tuscany, 245 in Liguria, 2,697 in Lazio, 1,195 in the Marche, 738 in Campania, 758 in Puglia, 104 in the Autonomous Province of Trento, 866 in Sicily, 161 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 653 in Abruzzo, 100 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 28 in Umbria, 60 in Sardinia, 12 in Valle d’Aosta, 91 in Calabria, 121 in Molise and 17 in Basilicata.
