Mexico: 7.5 earthquake, at least 4 dead – Last Hour

(ANSA) – MEXICO CITY, JUNE 24 – There are at least four
confirmed victims of a 7.5 magnitude earthquake
Richter who struck yesterday at 10.29 (17.29 Italian) on
South-central Mexico, and in particular the state of Oaxaca,
where there were four dead, four injured, and remarkable
damage to private residences and public buildings. Service
national seismological (Ssn) has specified that the epicenter of the
earthquake, which involved at least six states and was
warned clearly in Mexico City, it has been located
near La Crucita. César Alberto Narváez, head of the Unit
of the Civil Protection of Oaxaca, indicated that the earthquake is
been followed by many dozens of very magnitude replicas
minor. For its part, the National Oceanic Administration e
US atmospheric (Noaa) spread soon after
the event a tsunami warning for Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador
and Honduras, however, withdrawing it a few hours later.
