The English brand presents a new version of the 720S coupe that touches 341 km / h and costs 305 thousand euros
The characteristics of the car
The McLaren 720S Le Mans Special Edition is equipped with the powerful McLaren M840T 4.0-liter twin-turbo 720 hp engine centrally mounted. The car is unable to reach a maximum speed of 341 km per hour with an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds. The central structure in carbon fiber and the active frame Proactive Chassis Control II guarantee maximum lightness and a truly unparalleled dynamics ensuring great maneuverability for uncompromising sporty driving and absolute comfort. The front fenders are equipped with a carbon fiber grid to reduce the aerodynamic lift generated by the rotation of the front wheels, as well as contributing to a further reduction in the weight of the vehicle.
A blaze of carbon
As is the case with each McLaren 720S, buyers can request additional carbon fiber components with a glossy or satin finish, all to satisfy the taste of customers, even the most refined palates. The interiors are enriched by the use of the Alcantara and by the sport seats also in carbon fiber. A truly exclusive supercar, of the 50 specimens expected, only 16 will be reserved for the European market. Orders already open, the price starts from 254.500 pounds, just over 284.000 euros at the current exchange rate: in Italy the price is 305.642 euros.
