Latin America, over two million cases – Last Hour

(ANSA) – BUENOS AIRES, JUNE 21 – The infections caused by the
Coronavirus pandemics have exceeded two million in America
Latina, reaching 2.007.020 in the last 24 hours.
In addition to Brazil, which reports over half of the cases,
contributing to the heavy budget, among others, Peru
(251.338) and Chile (236.748). In Mexico in the past 24 hours
over 5,000 patients tested positive for the
COVID-19. Brazil reveals a statistical elaboration
made today by ANSA on the official data of 34 countries and
Latin American territories, maintains its undisputed leadership
regional with 1,067,579 infections (+34,666) and 49,976 deaths
(+1022). In addition to the aforementioned Peru and Chile, which in the second and third
place also recorded 7,861 and 4,295 respectively
dead, they follow among the countries most affected by the pandemic
Mexico (175,202 and 20,781), Ecuador (50,183 and 4,199), Colombia
(65,633 and 2,126), Argentina (41,204 and 992), Republic
Dominican (25,778 and 655) and Panama (24,274 and 485).
