There Civil protection has issued the bulletin related to cases of coronavirus in Italy, updated at 17 today, 9 June. The total number of infected people since the beginning of the epidemic is now 235,561, of which 168,646 have recovered and 34,043 have died. At this time, 32,872 people have coronaviruses in Italy.

Compared to yesterday, total cases increased by 283 patients (yesterday by 280), of which 192 in Lombardy (67.8%); the currently positive ones decreased by 1,858 people (difference between cases, deaths and healed during the day); the healed have grown by 2,062 units; the deceased of 79 (of which 15 in Lombardy). Only one of the victims of Abruzzo, however, refers to the last 24 hours: the remaining 32 relate to previous days, so 47 people died in Italy on the last day.

There are 263 ICU patients, 20 fewer than yesterday. There are 28,028 out of 32,872 people in home isolation: 85.3% of the total. 55,003 swabs performed in one day: the national total is now 4,318,650 swabs for a figure of 2,675,689 cases tested. In five regions and in South Tyrol, there have been no new cases in the past 24 hours.

In detail, the currently positive cases are 18,297 in Lombardy, 3,671 in Piedmont, 2,156 in Emilia-Romagna, 1,004 in Veneto, 628 in Tuscany, 249 in Liguria, 2,570 in Lazio, 992 in the Marche, 675 in Campania, 613 in Puglia, 81 in the Autonomous Province of Trento, 853 in Sicily, 128 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 567 in Abruzzo, 95 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 29 in Umbria, 54 in Sardinia, 8 in the Aosta Valley, 68 in Calabria, 120 in Molise and 14 in Basilicata.
